Porém, após sofrer um acidente de carro ela entra em coma, mas como ocorreu um engano, uma vez que não era para ela morrer, Scheduler, um anjo da morte, vem dar uma chance para Ji Hyun. Ela precisará recolher as lágrimas puras de três pessoas que chorem por ela, mas que não sejam seus parentes. Para isso ela se ocupa do corpo de Yi Kyung, uma infeliz trabalhadora de meio período de uma loja de conveniência, que ao tentar se matar antes, acabou provocando o acidente de carro de Ji Hyun.
