Decidido a encerrar seu hiato de 5 anos, começa a trabalhar em seu segundo filme. O roteiro conta uma história de romance envolvendo alguém com uma vida limitada. Enquanto pesquisava para o filme, Lee Je Ha conhece Lee Da Eum. Ela é uma aspirante a atriz e sofre de uma doença rara e incurável; não sabe quanto tempo de vida lhe resta, mas é muito sociável e todos no hospital a conhecem. Lee Da Eum aconselha Lee Je Ha sobre seu filme e se interessa pelo roteiro; isso se torna um ponto de virada para ela como aspirante a atriz. Enquanto trabalham juntos no filme de romance, Lee Je Ha e Lee Da Eum, que têm suas próprias doenças, formam um relacionamento romântico.
