Em 1912, o luxuoso e imponente Titanic iniciava sua primeira e única viagem pelo oceano. A bordo, estava Isabella Paradine, uma jovem da alta sociedade, que, assim que entra no navio, reencontra seu ex-amante, o milionário Wynn Park. A partir deste encontro, a jovem passa a reviver lembranças e sentimentos do passado, e precisa escolher entre seu antigo amor e seu atual marido.
